Ingredients

  • 1piece
    potato, grated
  • 1/4tsp
    chaat masala
  • 3piece
    eggs
  • 1piece
    tomato, deseeded and chopped
  • 1/4cup
    green onion, chopped
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/4tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    red chili powder
  • 1tbsp
    oil
  • 1pinch
    chilli flakes
  • 1piece
    green chili, sliced
  • cheese

How to make Potato Cheese Omelette

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the grated potato for a minute while sprinkling some chaat masala.

  2. In a bowl, mix salt, black pepper, red chili powder, coriander leaves, tomato, green onion, and eggs. Whisk well.

  3. Pour the egg mixture over the potato in the pan. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

  4. Add cheese on top, cover again, and cook for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.

  5. Turn off the flame, sprinkle chili flakes and sliced green chili on top. Cut into triangular shapes to serve.

  1. Ensure the potatoes are evenly grated for uniform cooking.
