Mushroom Galouti Kabab with Green Chutney and Spiced Onion recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 2-3 kababs)

Kabab Ingredients

  • 400g
    Mushroom (grinded to a smooth paste)
  • 1piece
    Onion (sliced)
  • 10piece
    Cashew
  • 5clove
    Garlic
  • 1tsp
    Kashmiri lal mirch
  • 1tsp
    Black pepper powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Garam masala
  • 1tbsp
    Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2cup
    Besan (roasted)
  • 2tbsp
    Ghee/butter
  • Salt (as per taste)

How to make Mushroom Galouti Kabab with Green Chutney and Spiced Onion

Prepare Onion-Cashew Paste

  1. Fry the onion, cashew, and garlic until golden brown. Let it cool, then grind to make a fine paste.

Prepare Kabab Mixture

  1. Take 1 tbsp of ghee or butter and add the mushroom paste and onion-cashew paste. Fry for a minute.

  2. Add all the spices, fresh coriander, and roasted besan. Mix well and let it cool.

Shape and Cook Kababs

  1. Shape the mixture into desired kabab shapes.

  2. Shallow fry the kababs in 1 tbsp of ghee or butter until golden brown on both sides.

  1. Ensure the mushroom paste is smooth for a better texture.

  2. Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
