    coriander powder

    peas
  • 1cup
    water
  • 2 1/2tbsp
    cream (optional)

    lemon juice
  • 1tsp
    kasuri methi
  • 2piece
    green chilli, sliced
  • 2tbsp
    fresh coriander

How to make Matar Paneer Handi

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cottage cheese and Kashmiri lal mirch powder. Fry until golden brown.

Blending

  1. In a blender, add tomatoes, fried onion, almonds, coconut, and water. Blend well.

Cooking

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and Kashmiri lal mirch powder. Mix well and fry for a minute.

  4. Add kasuri methi and green chilli. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
