Fish and Marinade
- 500gbasa fish fillets
- 5clovegarlic
- 5piecegreen chilli
- 1tspchilli flakes
- 1tsppaprika
- 1tspsalt
- 1/2tspblack pepper
- 2tbsplemon juice
- 1tbsptomato paste
- 1tbspsoya sauce
- 2tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
- 2tbspoil

How to make Easy Masala Fish
Preparation
Crush garlic cloves and green chillies.
Add the crushed mixture along with chilli flakes, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato paste, soya sauce, and chopped coriander leaves to the fish fillets.
Apply the mixture evenly on the fish fillets and marinate for 30 minutes.
Cooking
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the marinated fish fillets for 6 minutes on each side.
Alternatively, bake or air fry the fish at 200°C for 15 minutes, flipping the fish after 10 minutes.
Tips & Tricks
Serve with a side of rice or salad for a complete meal.
