Easy Chicken Karahi recipe

    zeera
  • 1tsp
    coriander seeds
  • 1tbsp
    ginger garlic paste
  • 500g
    chicken
  • 1piece
    large tomato, chopped
  • 1tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1/4tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper
  • 300g
    yogurt
  • 2piece
    green chilli
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves

How to make Easy Chicken Karahi

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add zeera and coriander seeds. Allow them to sputter.

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

  3. Add chicken and fry until the color changes.

  4. Add chopped tomato and all the spices. Fry until the tomato softens.

  5. Add yogurt, mix well, and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until the chicken is tender and the oil separates.

  6. Add green chillies, give it a mix, and garnish with coriander leaves.
