Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 sandwich)

For beans

  • 1tbsp
    oil
  • 1tsp
    garlic paste
  • 2tbsp
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2can
    Heinz beans
  • 1pinch
    red chilli powder
  • 1pinch
    cumin powder
  • 1pinch
    salt

For toast

  • 1tbsp
    butter
  • 4piece
    bread slices
  • 1
    handful cheese
  • 1tsp
    coriander leaves, chopped

For egg

  • 1tsp
    oil
  • 2piece
    egg
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1pinch
    black pepper
  • 1pinch
    red chilli powder
  • 1tsp
    coriander leaves, chopped

How to make Easy Breakfast Sandwich

Prepare beans

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry until the garlic turns golden brown.

  2. Add Heinz beans and spices. Cook on high flame until the oil separates. Set aside.

Prepare toast

  1. Butter the bread slices and toast them.

  2. Place a generous amount of cheese on 2 slices and microwave them for 5 seconds or until the cheese melts.

  3. Spread the prepared beans over the cheese toast and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves. Cover with the other plain toast.

Cook egg

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add eggs.

  2. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, and chopped coriander leaves. Cook until half-fried.

  3. Carefully place the egg on the sandwich.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For a spicier sandwich, add more red chilli powder to the beans.

  2. Use your favorite type of cheese for a different flavor.
