- 100gcheese
- 1/4cupoil
- 200gcottage cheese cubes
- 4piecebutton red chilli
How to make Easy and delicious palak paneer recipe
Preparation
In oil, stir fry the onion and tomatoes, then blend them and set aside.
Boil the spinach with garlic cloves, blend it, and set aside.
Cooking
Heat butter in a pan, add zeera, ginger, and the onion-tomato paste.
Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and white pepper.
Fry the masala and add the blended spinach. Let it cook until the water dries.
Pour in a little milk and add the chicken cube, mixing well.
Gradually add cream and cheese to mix with the spinach.
Final Touch
In a separate pan, stir fry cottage cheese cubes with whole red chillies.
Add the stir-fried cottage cheese and chillies to the spinach as a tarka.
Tips & Tricks
You may use dried Kashmiri mirch if button chilli is not available.
