    spinach

  • 1tsp
    crushed ginger
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2tsp
    red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/4cup
    milk
  • 1/2piece
    chicken cube
  • 4 1/2tbsp
    cream
  • 100g
    cheese
  • 1/4cup
    oil
  • 200g
    cottage cheese cubes
  • 4piece
    button red chilli

How to make Easy and delicious palak paneer recipe

Preparation

  1. In oil, stir fry the onion and tomatoes, then blend them and set aside.

  2. Boil the spinach with garlic cloves, blend it, and set aside.

Cooking

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add zeera, ginger, and the onion-tomato paste.

  2. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and white pepper.

  3. Fry the masala and add the blended spinach. Let it cook until the water dries.

  4. Pour in a little milk and add the chicken cube, mixing well.

  5. Gradually add cream and cheese to mix with the spinach.

Final Touch

  1. In a separate pan, stir fry cottage cheese cubes with whole red chillies.

  2. Add the stir-fried cottage cheese and chillies to the spinach as a tarka.

Tips & Tricks

  1. You may use dried Kashmiri mirch if button chilli is not available.
