For chicken marination

  • 500g
    chicken boneless
  • 1/2cup
    corn flour
  • 2piece
    egg white
  • 4tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • oil for frying

For sauce

  • 2tbsp
    oil
  • 3tsp
    red chili crushed
  • 4tsp
    garlic chopped
  • 2tsp
    ginger chopped
  • 1cup
    tomato pureed
  • 1/2cup
    chicken stock
  • 4tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2tbsp
    red chili sauce
  • 1/4tsp
    salt
  • 2tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 4tbsp
    honey
  • 1tsp
    sesame seeds

How to make Dragon Chicken

Marination and frying

  1. Combine chicken, corn flour, egg white, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Heat oil and fry marinated chicken on medium to low heat until golden brown. Keep aside.

Preparing the sauce

  1. In oil, add crushed red chili, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden.

  2. Add tomato puree, chicken stock, tomato paste, red chili sauce, salt, and soy sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens.

  3. Add honey and fried chicken. Mix well.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds
