How to make Dragon Chicken
Marination and frying
Combine chicken, corn flour, egg white, soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil and fry marinated chicken on medium to low heat until golden brown. Keep aside.
Preparing the sauce
In oil, add crushed red chili, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until golden.
Add tomato puree, chicken stock, tomato paste, red chili sauce, salt, and soy sauce. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Add honey and fried chicken. Mix well.
Garnish with sesame seeds
