Ingredients

  • 1piece
    paratha
  • 1/2tsp
    oil
  • 1piece
    sausage
  • 2piece
    eggs
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1pinch
    black pepper
  • 2
    slices cheese

How to make Breakfast Wrap

  1. In a pan, cook the paratha and set it aside.

  2. In the same pan, heat oil and fry the sausage pieces.

  3. Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, then add to the sausage in the pan.

  4. While the egg is cooking from the bottom, place the paratha on the uncooked side of the egg.

  5. Carefully flip the wrap. While the paratha side is cooking, add cheese to one half of the paratha.

  6. Fold the other half over the cheese, flip, and cook until the cheese melts.

  7. Dish out, cut in half, and serve.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Be careful when flipping the wrap to avoid breaking it.
