- 3pieceeggs (boiled)
- 2tbspcarrot (peeled and shredded)
- 1tbsponion (finely chopped)
- 1tbspcoriander leaves (chopped)
- 1piecegreen chilli (chopped)
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2tbspmayonnaise
- 4slice bread
- 1tbspbutter

How to make Breakfast Egg Sandwich
Shred 2 boiled eggs and mix with carrot, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.
Cut the remaining boiled egg in half lengthwise.
Take a slice of bread and place one halved egg on it, facing downward.
Spread the egg mixture around the halved egg on the bread.
Cover with another slice of bread.
Heat butter in a pan and toast the sandwich until golden brown and crispy.
Cut the sandwich in half vertically and serve with your favorite sauce, or enjoy on its own.
Tips & Tricks
Skip the green chilli for kids if required.
