Breakfast Egg Sandwich recipe

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 sandwich)
  • 3piece
    eggs (boiled)
  • 2tbsp
    carrot (peeled and shredded)
  • 1tbsp
    onion (finely chopped)
  • 1tbsp
    coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 1piece
    green chilli (chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 4
    slice bread
  • 1tbsp
    butter

How to make Breakfast Egg Sandwich

  1. Shred 2 boiled eggs and mix with carrot, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Cut the remaining boiled egg in half lengthwise.

  3. Take a slice of bread and place one halved egg on it, facing downward.

  4. Spread the egg mixture around the halved egg on the bread.

  5. Cover with another slice of bread.

  6. Heat butter in a pan and toast the sandwich until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Cut the sandwich in half vertically and serve with your favorite sauce, or enjoy on its own.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Skip the green chilli for kids if required.
