    Onion, sliced
  • 500g
    Lady finger (Okra)
  • 2piece
    Tomato
  • 1tsp
    Zeera
  • 1tsp
    Red chilli powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Coriander powder
  • 1/4tsp
    Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to make Bhindi Bhaji (Lady Finger Bhujia) with Chilli Garlic Sauce

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add zeera. Allow it to sputter.

  2. Add sliced onion and sauté until translucent.

  3. Add okra, tomato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.

  4. Cover the pan and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water if needed.

  5. Cook until the okra is tender and the oil separates from the water.

  6. Serve with roti and enjoy with chilli garlic sauce.
