    olive oil
  • 1/2
    onion
  • Pink salt to taste
  • 4
    garlic cloves
  • 1
    chicken stock cube
  • 1
    pack green vegetable soup mix
  • 1L
    water

How to make Green Vegetable Soup

  1. Fry onion in olive oil until translucent, then add salt, garlic, and stock cube. Follow by adding the vegetable mix and sauté for 5 minutes.

  2. Then add water, bring to a boil for 15 minutes, then blitz until smooth. Serve and enjoy on its own or with bread of your choice.
