- 1white onion
- 4garlic cloves
- 1ginger thumb
- 1tbspgochujang paste
- 6crab sticks, cut into cubes
- 1cupcooked bulgur (seasoned with garlic/onion powder and 1/2 chicken stock cube)
- 1tspsesame oil

How to make Easy Bulgur Stir Fry
Heat up ghee in a large pan. Add veggies and fry until translucent then add onion, garlic, and ginger. Fry on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add gochujang paste, incorporate well then add crab sticks and fry for 5 minutes.
Now add Bulgur and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add sesame oil and you’re done.
