- 1tspmustard powder
- 350gmixed seafood
- White wine (optional)
- S&P (to taste)
- 1tbspfresh parsley (chopped)
- Boiled sweet corn

How to make Creamy Garlic Seafood
Fry spring onion (white part only) then add garlic and fry until cooked.
Add flour and fry until cooked (until the smell of flour’s gone).
Add stock, cream, wine, mustard mix and S&P.
Adjust seasoning if needed.
Add parsley and simmer until seafood is cooked. Then add parsley.
