Ingredients

  • 1/4cup
    Refined Oil
  • 1/2cup
    Castor Sugar
  • 1/2cup
    Curd
  • 1cup
    All Purpose Flour/Maida
  • 1tsp
    Baking Powder
  • 1/2tsp
    Baking Soda
  • Milk as Required
  • 1/2tsp
    Pineapple Essence
  • 1/4cup
    Tutti Fruity
  • 2tbsp
    Cashews Chopped

How to make TUTTI FRUITY CAKE

  1. In a bowl add curd, oil and sugar. Whisk together until it turn smooth.

  2. Add in pineapple essence.

  3. Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda n baking powder.

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

  5. Now add in the tutti fruity rolled in maida n cashews.

  6. Add milk if the consistency of the batter is thick.

  7. Pour in the greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 160c.
