Ingredients
- 1/4cupRefined Oil
- 1/2cupCastor Sugar
- 1/2cupCurd
- 1cupAll Purpose Flour/Maida
- 1tspBaking Powder
- 1/2tspBaking Soda
- Milk as Required
- 1/2tspPineapple Essence
- 1/4cupTutti Fruity
- 2tbspCashews Chopped
How to make TUTTI FRUITY CAKE
In a bowl add curd, oil and sugar. Whisk together until it turn smooth.
Add in pineapple essence.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda n baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Now add in the tutti fruity rolled in maida n cashews.
Add milk if the consistency of the batter is thick.
Pour in the greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at 160c.
