- 90mLSugar
- 2tbspCornflour
- 2tbspWater
- 1/2tspKulfi Essence
- 4tbspMawa/Khoya
- 3tbspDry Fruits(almonds, cashews, pistachios)
- Yellow color
- Kesar Pista/Vanilla ice cream
- 1/4cupChilled Milk
- 1/4tspcardamom powder
How to make MAWA KULFI MASTANI
Take a pan add cornflour and water. Give it a nice mix. Add milk, khoya and sugar. Mix it nicely.
Now boil it till milk gets thick, add kulfi essence, cardamom powder and yellow color. Cool it room temperature. Keep it in chiller.
Add 1/4 cup of chilled milk and mix again.
For Mastani take a tall glass, add the kulfi base, sprinkle some nuts on it. Add scoop of ice cream. On the top sprinkle some chopped nuts .
Serve chilled and immediately. Enjoy!!!!
