- 500mLFull Cream Milk

How to make MATKA KULFI
Take a Mixie Jar, add all the dry ingredients and churn it.
In a pan add milk and add the powdered mixture to it. Give it a boil.
Let it cool down and than pour it in kulfi molds or matkas. Sprinkle Some chopped nuts on top.
Set in freezer overnight.
Demold it and serve immediately.
