How to make CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE
Sift all the dry ingredients and keep them aside.
In a bowl add curd, oil, vanilla essence and castor sugar. Whisk until sugar is incorporated.
Now combine wet and dry ingredients together until smooth with no lumps.
Now add hot water mixed with instant coffee to it. Mix gently.
Pour the batter into a pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 170 in a preheated oven.
When the cake is cooled down decorate the cake with chopped nuts and chocolate ganache drizzle on the top.
