Ingredients
- 100gRefined Flour/Maida
- 125gCurd
- 50gSugar
- 60gOil
- 1/2tsp+1/8 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4tspBaking Soda
- Vanilla Extract
- 1tbsp-2 tbsp Milk(optional)
How to make CHOCO CHIP VANILLA CAKE
Take a bowl, add curd and sugar to it. Whisk gently.
Add baking powder and baking soda to it. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Now add oil and vanilla extract to it.
Sieve maida and add to the above mixture. Give it a nice stir.
Pour the batter into a greased round baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 160 degrees.
Allow the cake to cool down completely before cutting. Enjoy the cake!!!!
