- 4pieceBread Slices for fresh bread crumbs
- 2tbspGinger Garlic Paste
- 1tspSalt
- 1/2tspRed Chilli Powder
- 1/2tspChilli Flakes
- 1/2tspGaram Masala
- 1/2tspJeera Powder
- 1/2tspChaat Masala
- 1/2tspChicken Masala(optional)
- Cheese Cubes
- 1tbspOil
- 2tbspRefined Flour and 4 tbsp Water To Make a Slurry Paste
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 2Green Chilies
How to make CHEESY CHICKEN FINGERS
Wash chicken properly and pat dry with a towel.
In a Mixie Jar add chicken, bread crumbs, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and all the spices and oil. Grind it to a smooth paste.
Add coriander leaves to it. Mix again.
Make chicken fingers and put a small piece of cheese cube in it.
Roll these fingers in the slurry paste. Now roll them in bread crumbs.
Keep them in freezer for one hour for setting.
Fry them in medium hot oil or shallow fry them.
Enjoy these hot chicken fingers with green mint chutney.
Tips & Tricks
You can use egg whites other than slurry paste. If using egg whites add 1/4 tsp salt to it and mix. Dip the fingers in it and then spread them in bread crumbs.
You can store these chicken fingers in ziplock bags and keep them in freezer for 6 months.
