FAQS
Can I use a different type of flour instead of all-purpose flour?
Yes, you can substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free flour blend or whole wheat flour, but the texture and taste may vary slightly.
How can I tell when the blondies are done baking?
The blondies are done when the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake them.
Can I make these blondies without Biscoff spread?
Yes, you can omit the Biscoff spread, but the flavor will be different. You could substitute it with another cookie spread or nut butter if desired.
What can I serve with Biscoff blondies?
Biscoff blondies are delicious on their own, but you can enhance them by serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzling extra Biscoff spread on top.
How should I store leftover blondies?
Store leftover blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze them for longer storage.
