    Almonds
  • 1/2cup
    Sugar
  • Kesar
  • 1/4tsp
    Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4cup
    Milk( For Blending)
  • 1cup

    - 4 tbsp Desi Ghee

How to make BADAM HALWA

  1. Soak the almonds overnight in the water..

  2. Blanched the almonds.

  3. In a Mixie add the blanched almonds, cardamom powder, kesar and milk. Make a smooth paste of it.

  7. When the mixture starts to thicken, remove from the gas. Transfer it to a bowl.
