Kodo ko Roti recipe

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 roti)
  • 1000mL
    water
  • 500g
    millet flour
  • ghee

How to make Kodo ko Roti

  1. Mix the water and millet flour to make a smooth batter.

  2. Heat a non-stick pan and apply a little ghee.

  3. Pour 2 ounces of the batter onto the pan and spread it with the help of a ladle.

  4. Cook on low heat until the bottom is cooked.

  5. Flip the roti and cook the other side, adding a few drops of ghee.

  6. Serve with timoor pickle or desired Nepali salsa.
