Pork Chop

  • 250g
    Pork chop
  • 1/2tsp
    Himalayan spice seasoning
  • 1tbsp
    Mustard oil

Rajma Rice

How to make Himalayan spice Pork Chop with Rajma Rice

Pork Chop

  1. Take the pork chop, sprinkle Himalayan spice blend over the meat, and massage it with mustard oil.

  2. Grill it on both sides for 2 minutes each.

  3. Bake it in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  4. Serve with rajma rice.

Rajma Rice

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and whole garam masala. Cook until the onion turns brown.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes and all the spices. Cook until the tomatoes are softened.

  3. In a stock pot or pressure cooker, wash kidney beans properly and cook with salt and water until softened but not overcooked.

And serve with rajma rice Himalayan spice blend recipe 1tbs Szechwan pepper powder 3tbs paprika powder 1tbs chili powder 1/2tbs salt Mix together Rajma rice recipe 3tbs cooking oil 1 cup chop onion 1tbs garlic chop 1 Medium size green chili 2 piece cloves 2 piece green cardamom 1 piece black cardamom 1small cinnamon stick 2 piece bay leaf 1 piece star anise 1/2tbs garam masala powder 1/2tbs cumin powder 1/2tbs coriander powder 1/2 tbs Kashmiri lal powder 1/2tsp turmeric powder 1/2tsp black pepper powder Salt yo taste 1 1/2 cup chop tomato’s 2 cup Kidney beans 4 cup normal water 1cup steam rice Assembly Take a pan and heat it with oil and add gradually chop onion and whole garam masala and cook it until the onion turns into brown color then add chop tomato add all the spices. Cook it until the tomato are softened. And other side take stock pot or pressure cooker. Wash kidney beans properly and cook it with salt and water until softened but not over cooked. After cook add the kidney beans with Gravy and make it curry add steam rice with gravy.
