- 2large white onion ( cut into rings)
- 4slice of cheddar cheese
- 4eggs( extra)
- 4rashers bacon (rind removed
- 4large hamburger buns(halves)
- shredded lettuce
- 1large tomato (slice)
- 4large beetroot slice
- 4pineapple ring
- tomato sauce for serving

- Combine mince , chopped onion,egg, breadcrumbs,sauce,seasoning,salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with hand to combine . Divide mixture into 4 and shape into patties in a pan ,add onion rings . Cook over medium heat until browned. Keep warm. 2) Heat a frying pan or grill plate , brush with oil . Cook patties 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through. Place a cheese slice on each patty. 3) while patties cooking ,heat remaining butter in a frying pan . Fry eggs and bacon until eggs are cooked through and bacon is crisp. 4) Toast buns and place bases on serving plate . On each base ,place lettuce,tomato, beetroot, pineapple,then a meat patty. Follow these with onion bacon ,egg and finally a bun on top
