Ingredients

  • 1
    Leftover Rice enough for two persons microwaved min at mid high heat
  • 2
    Eggs fried ss omelette
  • Chicken, breast meat(half) cut into cubes or chicken chop (two portion) roasted with Maggi Tom stock cube
  • Cabbage shredded amount according to individual preference
  • Carrot cut into cubes amount according to individual preference
  • 6
    French beans cut into cubes
  • Maggi Tom Yam stock cubes (one for frying rice another for roasting chicken chop)
  • 1
    Onion diced
  • Oil for frying

How to make Tom Yam Fried Rice

  1. If roasting chicken chop, marinade with Tom Yam stock cube and roast for 15 mins

    Scrambled eggs

    Fry onion till aromatic

    Add all vegetables

    Add cubed chicken breast if using

    Add rice and Maggi Tom Yam stock cube

    Garnish with omelette

  2. May add canned button mushrooms or diced celery. Instead of cabbage, lettuce will do too however if using lettuce just mixed in after cooked
