Nasi Goreng Kampung Pattaya recipe

(1 serving = 1 bowl or plate)
  • Refrigerated Leftover Rice enough for two persons microwaved one min at mid high heat
  • 2
    Eggs lightly beaten & fried omelette
  • 300g
    Chicken Breast diced & seasoned with Oyster Sauce
  • 2tbsp
    Oyster Sauce
  • 1
    small Onions
  • 6
    French Beans diced
  • 1/3
    Carrot diced
  • 1
    bunch Spinach (leaves only)
  • 1tbsp
    Chicken Stock
  • 1tsp
    Chilli Powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Chilli sauce for garnishing omelette

How to make Nasi Goreng Kampung Pattaya

  1. Fried omelette & side aside.

    Sauteed onions, french beans, carrots, when partially cooked add chicken.

    Add chicken stock, chilli powder, leftover rice & spinach, stir fried till cooked.

    Cover rice with omelette & garnish with chilli sauce.

  2. May add fried anchovies
