- 2Eggs lightly beaten & fried omelette
- 300gChicken Breast diced & seasoned with Oyster Sauce

- 1small Onions
- 6French Beans diced
- 1/3Carrot diced
- 1bunch Spinach (leaves only)
- 1tbspChicken Stock
- 1tspChilli Powder
- Oil for frying
- Chilli sauce for garnishing omelette

How to make Nasi Goreng Kampung Pattaya
Fried omelette & side aside.
Sauteed onions, french beans, carrots, when partially cooked add chicken.
Add chicken stock, chilli powder, leftover rice & spinach, stir fried till cooked.
Cover rice with omelette & garnish with chilli sauce.
May add fried anchovies
