How to make Fried Tofu

For cooking

  1. Tokwa - sliced into 8 slices Egg - 1 piece Salt to taste

    Step 1.1: Tokwa - sliced into 8 slices Egg - 1 piece Salt to taste
    1. Mix dry ingredients. Dip tokwa into egg and drop into dry mix. Roll it to evenly distributed. Set aside.
    1. In a pan heat oil under low heat. Drop a batch of 5 pieces or it depends on the size of a pan. Deep fry tokwa until golden brown. Repeat the process until all are cooked.
