- 1/2kgRaw mango (sliced)
- 1 1/2cupWater
- 3cupSugar
- 1 1/2tspBlack salt

- 1pinchBlack pepper
- 1pinchCumin (crushed & roasted)
- 1pieceIce cubes (as required)
- 1/4cupConcentrated syrup
- 1sprigMint leaves (for garnishing)

How to make Raw Mango Juice
Concentrated Syrup
Peel and cut the raw mangoes into slices.
Add water to a pan, add raw mangoes, cover the pan, and let it cook until fully tender.
Add sugar, black salt, and salt add pinch food color,(optional) Cook until the sugar dissolves.
Let it cool, then blend the mixture well.
Raw Mango Drink
In a serving glass, add concentrated syrup, black pepper, and cumin. Mix well.
Add ice cubes and water. Mix well.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the raw mangoes are fully tender before blending to achieve a smooth syrup.
Adjust the amount of black salt and sugar according to your taste preference.
For an extra refreshing touch, add a few more mint leaves to the drink.
