Give a charcoal smoke for 2-3 minutes, then take out in a bowl.
In the same frying pan, add cooking oil, onion rings, tomato, and capsicum. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
In a serving dish, add cooked rice, stir-fried vegetables, and cooked mutton. Serve!
