Prepare Gravy
- 1 1/2tbspSalted butter
- 1tspCumin seeds
- 2pieceGreen cardamom
- 2 1/2pieceCloves
- 2 1/2pieceCinnamon sticks
- 3pieceChopped onion
- 1tbspGinger garlic (crushed)
- 2tbspGreen chilli paste
- 3piecePureed tomatoes
- 1/2cupYogurt
- 1/2cupCream
- 2tspKashmiri red chilli powder
- 2tspCoriander seeds (crushed)
- 1/2tspTurmeric powder
- 1tspRed chilli (crushed)
- 1tspHimalayan pink salt
- 2tspLemon juice
- 3/4cupWater
- 1tbspFresh coriander (chopped)
- 55gSalted butter
- 2 1/2pieceGreen chillies (julienne)
- 1pieceGinger (julienne)
- 1pieceTomato (deseeded & diced)
- 1pieceOnion (diced)
- 1pieceCapsicum (diced)
- 1dashHimalayan pink salt
- 1pieceGinger (julienne)

How to make Beef Kababs with Gravy
Prepare Kababs
In a chopper, add beef, gram flour, fried onion, green chillies, pink salt, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic, fresh coriander, and butter. Chop until well combined.
With greased hands, take a small quantity of the mixture (45g), make kababs of equal sizes, and insert a wooden skewer to make a hole. This makes 15-16 kababs.
In a wok, heat cooking oil and shallow fry kababs on low flame from all sides until golden.
Prepare Gravy
In the same wok, add butter and let it melt.
Add cumin seeds, green cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Mix well.
Add onion, mix well, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger garlic, green chilli paste, and mix well.
Add pureed tomatoes, mix well, and cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.
In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, red chilli powder, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli, pink salt, lemon juice, and whisk well.
Add spiced yogurt to the wok and mix well.
Add water, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add fried kababs, mix well, cover, and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
Add fresh coriander and mix well.
In a frying pan, add butter and let it melt.
Add green chillies, ginger, tomato, onion, capsicum, and mix well.
Add sautéed vegetables to the wok and give it a good mix.
Garnish with ginger, fresh coriander, and serve!
