How to make STARCH
PREPARATION
Dissolve the cassava extract powder in a little water to make a paste.
Grease a frying pan with palm oil.
Pour the cassava paste mixture into the greased frying pan.
Stir continuously over medium heat to avoid lumps.
Increase stirring speed as the mixture becomes sticky.
Continue stirring until the mixture turns yellowish in color.
Remove from heat once the mixture is smooth and sticky.
Transfer the starch into a bowl.
Serve with your favorite soup, preferably Banger Soup (Palm Fruit Extract).

Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Increase stirring speed as the mixture becomes sticky to ensure a smooth texture.
