- 1package puff pastry
- 1cupvegan cranberry sauce
- 1cupvegan cream cheese
- 1/2cuphazelnuts, chopped
- 1sprigrosemary, chopped
- 1tbspavocado oil or grapeseed oil
How to make Vegan Cranberry Cream Cheese Bites
Preheat the oven.
Lightly oil the mini muffin tins with avocado oil or grapeseed oil.
Roll out the puff pastry on parchment paper and cut it into 16 squares.
Separate the squares in the mini muffin tins, gently pressing them at the bottom.
Fill the squares with vegan cream cheese.
Fill the squares with cranberry sauce and chopped nuts on the vegan cream cheese.
Bake until golden brown.
Top with chopped rosemary after baking to keep the vibrant green color.
Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute puff pastry with phyllo dough, but it won't rise as much, and the result will be crispier.
Use cranberry preserves instead of the cranberry sauce for the best flavor. If the preserves are too thick, thin them with a splash of water, lemon juice, orange juice, or amaretto.
