    guacamole
  • 1cup
    salsa
  • 3/4cup
    vegan sour cream
  • 1/2cup
    vegan shredded cheese
  • 3cups
    shredded lettuce
  • 3cups
    cooked brown rice, seasoned with salt and 1 tsp of cumin
  • 6piece
    large flour tortillas

How to make Vegan Black Bean and Corn Burritos

Prepare the black beans and corn

  1. Drain and rinse the black beans and the corn.
