- 3/4cupvegan sour cream

- 3cupsshredded lettuce
- 3cupscooked brown rice, seasoned with salt and 1 tsp of cumin
- 6piecelarge flour tortillas
How to make Vegan Black Bean and Corn Burritos
Prepare the black beans and corn
Drain and rinse the black beans and the corn.
In a medium bowl, combine them with the paprika powder, cumin, smoked paprika powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
