Teriyaki Sauce
- 8tspSoy Sauce
- 2tspGranulated Sugar
- 1tbspHoney
- 2tbspWater
- 2tspCorn Starch
How to make Teriyaki Meatballs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Making the Meatballs
Mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, fresh ginger, and scallions in a large bowl. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
Take out a small portion of the meat mixture, roll into balls, and place on a rack on top of a baking tray.
