- pinchCrushed Red Pepper Flakes
- pinchKosher Salt
- 3pieceBone-in, Skin-on Chicken Thighs

How to make Spiced Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thighs
Mix Greek yogurt, garam masala, ground turmeric, sweet paprika, granulated garlic, ground ginger, ground coriander, ground cumin, crushed red pepper flakes, and kosher salt in a bowl.
Add chicken thighs to the mixture, mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place the chicken on a rack and roast for 35-40 minutes, or until golden crisp and cooked through.
Cover lightly and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with naan and enjoy!
