- 3/4tsporegano
Wet Ingredients
- 3/4cupmilk
- 1pieceegg (lightly beaten)

- 1cupshredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar, or a mix)
- 3/4cupmini pepperoni or cooked sausage
- 1/2piecered or green pepper (finely diced)
Cheese Center
- 4piecemozzarella cheese strings
For Serving
- 1/2cupstore-bought pizza sauce
How to make Pizza Puffs
Preheat and Prepare
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a muffin pan thoroughly.
Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, basil, garlic powder, and oregano.
Add milk and lightly beaten egg, stirring until well combined.
Add Cheese and Fill Muffin Wells
Stir in shredded cheese, diced pepper, and mini pepperoni or cooked sausage.
Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.
Divide evenly among greased muffin wells.
Add Cheese Center
Cut each mozzarella cheese string into 3 pieces.
Gently press 1 piece into the center of each muffin.
Bake to Perfection
Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and puffed.
