How to make Oven-Roasted Tofu with Spanish Paprika and Parsley
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the tofu into cubes.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, Spanish paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until well coated.
Cooking
Place the coated tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Finishing Touch
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
