How to make One-Pot Vegetarian Chili Mac

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat.

  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook until softened, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.

  3. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, and salt to the pan with the vegetables. Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
