How to make No-Bake White Chocolate Cranberry Cheesecake
Prepare the Crust
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Make the Filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in the melted white chocolate.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and swirl in the cranberry sauce.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh cranberries.
