- 1lbChicken Wing
- 1tbspBaking Powder
- 2tspOnion Powder
- 2tspGarlic Powder
- 1tspPaprika
- 1tspSalt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
Honey Barbecue Sauce
- 1cupBarbecue Sauce
- 1/2cupHoney
- 2tbspKetchup
- 2tbspHot Sauce
- as needed Garlic Powder
How to make Honey Barbecue Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken drumettes and wings with baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground black pepper, and salt.
Cook the Chicken Wings
Place the wings on the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, flip the chicken wings and cook for 10 more minutes.
Prepare the Sauce
Combine the barbecue sauce, honey, ketchup, hot sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Coat and Finish the Wings
Take the wings out and put aluminum foil in the air fryer basket.
Dip each wing in the sauce and place back in the air fryer.
Cook for 5 minutes until bubbly and sticky.

Ensure the wings are in a single layer in the air fryer for even cooking.
