- 1tspSalt
- 3cupsAll-Purpose Flour

- 1/2cupPizza Sauce
- 1cupMozzarella Cheese
- as needed Panko Breadcrumbs
How to make Homemade Pizza
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast is foamy.
Stir in the olive oil, salt, and 1 cup of the flour. Stir until a dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Grease a large bowl with olive oil. Place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat in the oil.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Pizza
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Punch down the dough and divide it in half. Roll out each half into a 12-inch circle.
Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add your desired toppings.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
