    dried oregano
  • 1tbsp
    dried tarragon
  • 1tbsp
    dried thyme
  • 1tbsp
    salt
  • 1tbsp
    smoked paprika

How to make Herb-Spiced Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) with the fan off.

  2. In a large bowl, add enough olive oil to cover the potatoes. Add garlic powder, dried oregano, dried tarragon, dried thyme, salt, and smoked paprika.

  6. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool a little before serving. Enjoy.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before seasoning.
