How to make Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll Casserole
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray an 11 x 13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Unpack and roll the Crescent Roll Dough according to package instructions.
Line the bottom of the greased pan with rolled-up crescents.
Mixing and Baking
In a large bowl, whisk together whole milk, eggs, salt, and ground black pepper. Add in shredded cheese, chopped ham, and diced jalapeño peppers.
Pour the mixture over the crescent rolls.
Bake for 20 minutes covered with foil, and then an additional 20 minutes with foil removed until the casserole is golden brown and firm to the touch.
Top with chopped scallions before serving.
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier casserole, add more jalapeño peppers.
Ensure the crescent rolls are evenly spread at the bottom for a consistent base.
