How to make Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Marinating the Steak
In a shallow dish, combine extra-virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, crushed red Fresno chili peppers, crushed garlic, scallions, sea salt, and ground black pepper.
