  • Almond Milk

How to make Gluten-Free Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mixing the Dough

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the Gluten-Free Oat Flour, Rice Flour, Almond Flour, Dark Cocoa Powder, Salt, and Baking Powder.

Assembling the Cookies

  1. Let the cookies cool down completely.
