How to make Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta
Cooking Instructions
Pour salted water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Cook the pasta and save half a cup of the cooking water.
Pour olive oil into a large deep fry pan over medium heat. Brown the chicken breasts. Let them rest for a few minutes, then slice into chunks.
Rinse and dry the pan, then put it on medium heat. Add butter. Once melted, add crushed garlic and stir until aromatic.
Pour whipping cream into the garlic mix and stir. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for four minutes, or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Pour in the reserved cooking water, Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, and the cooked chicken. Stir the mixture.
Add the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce. Garnish with more fresh parsley.
