How to make Creamy Beef and Pasta Skillet
Cooking Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.
Add diced yellow onion and continue to cook, stirring frequently until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Whisk in beef broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
Stir in baby pasta shells. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly, for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.
Stir in shredded white cheddar cheese until melted, about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the Italian seasoning.
Use freshly grated cheese for better melting and flavor.
