    Ground Beef
  • 1piece
    Small Yellow Onion, diced
  • 2clove
    Garlic, minced
  • 1tsp
    Italian Seasoning
  • 3cups
    Beef Broth
  • 1can
    Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 8oz
    Baby Pasta Shells
  • 1/2cup
    Heavy Cream
  • 2cups
    Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

How to make Creamy Beef and Pasta Skillet

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 3 minutes, crumbling as it cooks.

  2. Add diced yellow onion and continue to cook, stirring frequently until soft, about 3 minutes.

  3. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Whisk in beef broth and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.

  5. Stir in baby pasta shells. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir occasionally until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened slightly, for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Remove from heat. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and cracked black pepper to taste.

  7. Stir in shredded white cheddar cheese until melted, about 2 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

  1. For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the Italian seasoning.
