How to make Creamiest Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Roasting Garlic
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until cloves are soft.
Preparing Mashed Potatoes
Peel and chop the potatoes into even pieces.
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
