How to make Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly grease the aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Coat Pecans

  1. Add pecan halves to the egg white mixture and toss until all pecans are coated.
